Estimated Shipping Times
Processing times for orders is 1-5 days. All orders will be shipped out within this timeframe apart from pre-orders. See timeframes on specific pre-order items.
Once orders are posted 1-14 days delivery within Australia depending on chosen postal upgrades and location. Worldwide takes anywhere from 1-4 weeks delivery depending on chosen postal upgrades and location
While most orders get to customers in reasonable times, actual shipping times depends on shipping method chosen and delivery companies. I am not responsible for postal delays due to covid or holiday times.
Buyers are responsible for providing an up-to-date shipping address. If an item is not delivered to a buyer because of a wrongly supplied address, a full refund will not be guaranteed.
Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns and Exchanges
I will not accept returns or exchanges on personalised/custom items.
I will gladly accept returns within 7 days of items being delivered.
Ship item back within 10 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase.
Cancellation is not possible once an item is shipped
Conditions of Returns
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs
If the item is not returned in it's original condition, the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value.
